At JW Multimedia, LLC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and clear communication. Below are our service terms, licensing details, and additional information to help you understand how we work.

Turnaround Times

  • Photography and additional services are delivered the following morning.

  • Videography projects have a 24-hour turnaround time.

Travel Fees

  • Appointments beyond 25 miles from Decatur, GA (ZIP: 30032) will incur a travel fee.

    • Starting at 26 miles, the fee is $0.25 per mile, increasing for every additional 10 miles traveled.

Delivery and Payment

  • Orders will be available for download after review and payment.

  • Payment is due upon delivery of photos.

  • Media galleries will remain active for one year from the delivery date.

Licensing Agreement

  • JW Multimedia, LLC grants the Brokerage an exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works, and publicly perform the Media in connection with the real estate industry for a period of two years.

  • Ownership of the Media remains with JW Multimedia, LLC, which retains full rights, title, and interest.

  • JW Multimedia guarantees that no third-party claims exist regarding the Media and has the full authority to enter this agreement and grant the stated license.

Editing Services

  • Complimentary edits include blue sky replacement, adding fire to fireplaces, and minor item removal.

  • Green grass edits are available for $3 per image.

Amenities and Additional Fees

  • On-site amenities are included free of charge upon request.

  • Off-site amenities within three miles of the property are available for $25 per location.

Property Preparation

  • Minor or out-of-place items may be adjusted during the shoot.

  • JW Multimedia is not responsible for moving large items.

Rescheduling

  • Same-day reschedules will incur a $30 fee.

  • Reschedules due to excessive rain are exempt from fees.

Included Features

  • Properties under 5,000 square feet include a complimentary 2D floor plan.
